We want you to look and feel extraordinary wearing our designs.  Each intaglio pendant and necklace is hand-crafted with the highest quality materials and utmost attention to detail.  For this reason, we offer a 30-day replace or exchange guarantee that includes breakage and clasp malfunction.  In the unfortunate event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund 30 days from the date of receipt.
